The struggle of an older brother can be seen right here.
Umarau-chan is the ideal girl, she is popular, beautiful and kind. However, what the world doesn’t know is that when she gets home she is a lazy otaku. Her older brother is the one that has to deal with it. The show talk about her double life and the misadventures she and her brother have.
This show is not really going to do anyone any harm. It is an innocent show where we see the daily life of Umaru-chan as she does a number of things. Like teach her hamsters tricks or pressuring her brother to buy her jump. There is nothing much else to the show, as of now it is not really deep, which it probably is not going to be.
This show seems like it was based off of a 4-koma manga. A 4-koma is a manga that tells a short story is four panels. An example of it would be the comic strips in the newspaper. I say this because the episode is comprised of several small stories that do not necessarily link, but just stand alone adventures. I think this show would have done better as a short 5-minute episode series.
Overall, there is nothing really in the show that is going to keep me wanting to watch more. It seems average and overall, I feel like it is going to stay that way.
